A. Return of non-defective products - The right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer.

The customer reserves the right to return the purchased products, according to the law for consumer protection, unjustifiably, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

There is no withdrawal and no return is allowed
1) For special orders

2) Where the products have been modified at the request of the customer

3) In the earrings, for hygiene reasons

4) For damages caused during the opening of the product, for which the responsibility lies solely with the customer.

 

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

The customer in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, must inform our online store, www.pentaktino.gr, 22 Sotiros Dios in Piraeus and contact telephones 210 4296436 and 210 4119300, email: pentaktino@yahoo.com for his decision to withdraw with a clear written statement to be sent by post or email before the 14 day deadline expires.
To facilitate the exercise of your right, you can fill in the withdrawal / return form of products that you will have received, which we have delivered to you in printed form together with the other accompanying documents of the product, without this being mandatory. After the notification of the withdrawal statement of the customer and after the completion of the internal receipt and control procedure, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to his e-mail.
The customer must return the products in safe packaging, so that they are protected during shipment to our address Sotiros Dios 22 in Piraeus, PC 13535, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced, according to the above , in our online store his decision to withdraw.
The return will be made free of charge through the courier company GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI. In case the product is returned by another courier company or by other means the return cost will be borne by the customer and our online store will not receive the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer.
The refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer, will be completed without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the refund and if deemed suitable for refund by the control department of our Company ( see product returns above) and in the same payment method selected upon order.
Especially in case of purchase of cash on delivery products, the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account. Therefore we would like to inform you via e-mail about your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary, as mentioned in the booklet. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person as the receipt on the purchase receipt for the returned product.
Delivery costs are non-refundable if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by our online store for free.

Refunds are not made in cases where there is a change card.
B. Returns of products that have a defect or are of poor quality or the wrong product was delivered.

Our online store emphasizes the quality of the products it sells and the correct shipping of the customer's order.
In the rare case that the customer receives due to the fault of www.pentaktino.gr proven defective product or product that lacks an agreed quality or worn during transport or the wrong product, he must inform us immediately describing the problem and notifying us if he wishes the replacement or the return of his money.

Especially in these cases the customer can:
1. Either refuse to pick up the product from the beginning and request the delivery of the product ordered, if it is a wrong product or its correction / replacement if it is a defective product or a product that lacks an agreed quality.

2. Either pick up the product and return it requesting the delivery of the product you ordered, in case it is a wrong product or its correction / replacement in case it is a defective product or a product that is missing agreed.
3. Either exercising the right of withdrawal to return the product and request a refund of the price paid.
Conditions for returning the product

In order for the return to be accepted, the allegedly erroneous, defective or product that lacks an agreed quality must be unbearable and in its original excellent condition. The product packaging must not have been damaged or soiled, but must be in excellent condition. The product must be returned in a safe packaging so that it does not wear out during transport.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product. Along with the product, the customer must return intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (original purchase receipt / invoice, warranty, operation manual or any other accompanying material). In case the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned with the product, also in excellent condition and the forms that may accompany it. The check will be performed by the manager of our online store.

 

 

Deadline for returning the product

The return of products which are defective or lack of agreed quality upon delivery or which are other or substantially different from those ordered will be accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In cases of actual defect or lack of agreed quality where the product is covered by a warranty of good operation and is found to have a manufacturing defect by the authorized repairer providing the warranty, the return is allowed according to the warranty, for the period covered by the warranty and stated in the characteristics of the product. After the end of this period the repair or replacement of the product is possible at an additional charge following a new agreement with the customer.
Shipping costs for the return of products to our online store are borne by us, if our customer sends them with the courier company GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI, otherwise they are borne by the customer. The costs for the return to the customer of the correct / replaced or repaired product are borne by us and the delivery is made through the courier company GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI.
In case the return is not made within the time period provided or the return conditions are not met, www.pentaktino.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with the requested product shipment or refund.

Product return and repair / replacement process

- Product sending

For the return you will have to fill in the return form that you will find in your package, in which you will specify the reason why you are returning the product (sending the wrong product / defective product) and your request (sending the correct product / repair or replacement with the same product or other of the same value which must be specifically mentioned) of the product you are returning]. The customer packs the product in such a way that it is protected during transport and sends the parcel to our store (Sotiros Dios 22, Piraeus PC 18535) before the above return deadline. This is followed by a check of the problem reported by the customer (defective product / lack of contracted quality / other product than the ordered one) and then contact with him for information about the results of the test.
If it is found that the terms and conditions of its return are not met, as detailed above, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with the shipping costs borne by him. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product.
If a defect is found, lack of agreed quality or incorrect shipment of the product through the fault of www.pentaktino.gr and the terms and conditions of its return are met, as mentioned in detail above, the return of the product will be accepted and the correct product will be sent to the customer ( in case of sending the wrong product) or the repaired or replaced (similar new or if the customer wants another new product of similar quality and price) depending on his request, without undue delay and definitely within 5 working days from the approval of the return. Especially in case a repair is required or in a special order, the delivery time will be determined after consultation with the customer.

Then, by telephone with our online store, the return of the product and the receipt of the correct one / repair or replacement of the defective one can be done in our physical store. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal and refund

If the customer does not wish the performance of the contract of sale, the replacement or repair of the product, he can withdraw from the contract and request, if the return of the product is accepted, the return of the money corresponding to its price.
In order for the right to withdraw in the event of sending the wrong product due to our fault to arise, the customer should not have an interest in the execution of the contract due to the wrong delivery.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be born in the event of a real defect, this must not be insignificant.

If the product is received, a defect, lack of contracted quality or incorrect shipment of the product is found and the terms and conditions of its return are met, as detailed above, the return of the product will be accepted and the refund corresponding to the price of the products ordered the customer will be made without undue delay and definitely within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which we were informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract and in the manner notified to our online store in a timely manner and in writing.We have the right to delay the refund until we receive the products back.
Especially in case of purchase of cash on delivery products, the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account. Therefore, please inform us about your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary, as mentioned in the booklet. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person as the receipt on the purchase receipt for the returned product.
We inform you that there are no refunds from our physical store.

The customer has the right to return the product purchased and request its exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price paid or by paying an additional price, if desired, within thirty (30) calendar days from the day receipt of the product.
